Nate Munson

Nate Munson is a Senior Director within ARA’s Investment Group, responsible for the oversight and sourcing of new equity and debt real estate investments in the West Region, as well as management of the West Region investment team. Most recently, he served as Director of Asset Management and West Coast Industrial Lead at AEW, where he held a series of progressively senior roles, including Director and Vice President of Acquisitions. Mr. Munson began his career as an intern in structured finance at American Realty Advisors. Since then, he has held positions at Schnitzer and at CBRE Global Investors on the Strategic Partners team.

In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Munson is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California, where he teaches Advanced Real Estate Financial Analysis.

Mr. Munson has over 24 years of experience and earned a B.S. from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
