Sean Daly

Sean Daly is an Executive Vice President on ARA’s Asset Management team, leading retail asset management nationally and overseeing properties in the Midwest and East Coast markets. Prior to joining ARA, Mr. Daly was the Director of Retail Asset Management at CA Ventures, where he oversaw the retail portion of student housing and multifamily mixed-use properties, as well as a portfolio of student housing properties nationally. Prior to that, Mr. Daly worked at a Chicago-based real estate development company, where he oversaw all facets of the development cycle including entitlements, construction, leasing, and property management.  Mr. Daly began his career with Ernst & Young on their assurance and global litigation advisory practices.

Mr. Daly has over 20 years of experience and earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois, a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
