Patrick Lataitis

Patrick Lataitis is ARA’s Senior Director, Investments, responsible for the oversight and sourcing of new equity and debt real estate investments in the West Region, as well as management of the West Region investment team. During his time in the Investment Group, Mr. Lataitis has participated in the origination, structuring, negotiation, underwriting, due diligence, and financing of over $2.5B of industrial, residential, retail, office and land transactions nationwide. He began his career at ARA with the Asset Management Group, where he was responsible for the operational oversight of multifamily and mixed-use assets primarily in West Coast markets. Prior to joining ARA, Mr. Lataitis held positions at Starpoint Properties, Sands Investment Group, and Concord Companies in disciplines including acquisitions, brokerage, and property management. He is an active member of NAIOP and NMHC, as well as non-profit organizations Chrysalis and City of Hope.

Mr. Lataitis has over 10 years of experience and earned a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an M.S. from the University of Southern California.
