Matthew Martin

Matthew Martin is ARA’s Vice President, Asset Management, responsible for performing asset management responsibilities on multifamily assets located in the eastern half of the U.S. Prior to joining ARA, Mr. Martin was an Asset Manager at The Habitat Company in Chicago. He has previously held roles at Planned Property Management as an Investment Associate, Colony NorthStar, Inc. as an Asset Manager, and AEW Capital Management as an Asset Management Associate.

Mr. Martin has over 17 years of experience and earned a B.S. degree from Santa Clara University.
