John Gallagher is an Associate Director, Investments, responsible for the oversight and sourcing of new equity and debt real estate investments in the West region. Prior to joining ARA, Mr. Gallagher was an Acquisitions Associate at Ares Management, formerly part of Black Creek Group, in Los Angeles, where he focused on sourcing and underwriting industrial acquisition and development opportunities across the West Coast and Desert Region. He was previously an Associate Director on Newmark’s Debt and Structured Finance team in New York City, supporting underwriting and origination efforts across all major asset classes nationally.
Mr. Gallagher has over 6 years of experience in real estate. He earned a B.A. degree from Northwestern University.
