Stephanie McClain is ARA’s Executive Vice President of Valuations, responsible for the quarterly valuation process for all of the firm’s assets under management. Ms. McClain also oversees the training, support, and integration of ARGUS Enterprise for the organization. Ms. McClain has also served as Vice Chair, Chair, and Advising Chair of the NCREIF IAVS and on multiple task force projects for the NCREIF Valuation Committee, including the Valuation Guidance Manual Task Force and Valuation Metrics Task Force.

Prior to joining ARA, Ms. McClain was a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Valuation department at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Portfolio Valuation Leader in the Global Asset Management group at GE Capital Real Estate.

Ms. McClain has over 27 years of experience and earned a B.A. degree from Washington State University.
