Max Walder is ARA’s Vice President, Asset Management, responsible for asset management activities across a national portfolio of industrial, multifamily, office, and retail assets. Mr. Walder works across all stages of the investment lifecycle and, during his time at ARA, has overseen major renovations, ground-up developments, acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations with national tenants.

Mr. Walder joined ARA in 2021 as an Analyst on the Asset Management team and was most recently Assistant Vice President prior to his current role.

Before joining ARA, Mr. Walder was an Analyst at Altus Group.

Mr. Walder has over 5 years of experience and earned a B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin.
