Lauren Raab is a Director within ARA’s Investment Group, responsible for sourcing and executing equity and debt real estate investments in the West Region.

Most recently, she served as Vice President, Acquisitions at Tokyu Land US Corporation, where she led acquisitions and investment strategy for the firm’s U.S. platform. Ms. Raab began her institutional investment career at DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, supporting acquisitions and development activities across New York and Los Angeles, and subsequently held acquisitions and asset management roles at Montana Avenue Capital Partners before joining Tokyu Land.

In addition to her professional experience, Ms. Raab is active in the industry through Urban Land Institute Los Angeles, ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI), and leadership roles with Women in Real Estate LA and other nonprofit organizations. Additionally, Ms. Raab served as a Teaching Fellow while in graduate school at Yale University.

Ms. Raab has over 9 years of experience and earned a B.S. degree from Cornell University and a Master of Architecture from Yale University.
