Federico J. Blanco is ARA’s Co-General Counsel, responsible for providing strategic legal counsel across the firm’s operations, advising on contract negotiation, litigation management, corporate governance, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership teams. Prior to joining ARA, he served as Chief Legal Officer at Studio71, a division of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. Before that, he was General Counsel at The Collective and Vice President, Real Estate Counsel at Carrington Holding Company. He began his legal career as a Litigator at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he handled complex commercial litigation and represented clients in SEC investigations and enforcement matters.

Mr. Blanco has over 20 years of experience and earned a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
