Eli Macanian is ARA’s Vice President, Asset Management, responsible for performing asset management duties on residential and build-to-rent assets located in Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia.

Prior to joining ARA, Mr. Macanian was with RealtyMogul for seven years, managing the firm’s limited partnerships and debt investments, overseeing joint-venture partnerships and property performance. While at RealtyMogul, Mr. Macanian helped launch and led asset management for the company’s general partnership business, responsible for executing value-add business plans.

Mr. Macanian has over 14 years of experience and earned a B.A. degree from the University of Arizona.
