Xander Dyer

Xander Dyer is ARA’s Senior Director, Investments, responsible for sourcing investments in the East region. Prior to joining ARA, Mr. Dyer was at Taurus Investment Holdings, where he was a Senior Vice President. Before Taurus, he worked for over 14 years with TA Realty, where he focused on acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management.  During his time there, he participated in the acquisition of over $2 billion of investments and managed a portfolio totaling 3.2 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail product, as well as 2,491 multifamily units in multiple markets throughout the U.S. He also served on the portfolio management team for TA’s oldest and largest separate account.

Mr. Dyer has over 29 years of experience in real estate. He earned a B.A. degree from Bates College and an MBA from Fordham University.
