Eli Macanian

Eli Macanian is ARA’s Vice President, Asset Management, responsible for performing asset management responsibilities on multifamily and build-to-rent assets located in the Sun Belt Region. Prior to joining ARA, Mr. Macanian was with RealtyMogul for seven years managing the firm’s LP and debt investments, overseeing JV partnerships and property performance. While at RealtyMogul, Mr. Macanian helped launch and led asset management for the company’s GP business, responsible for executing value-add business plans.

Mr. Macanian has over 13 years of experience and earned a B.A. degree from the University of Arizona.
