American Realty Advisors (ARA) announced today that Federico Blanco has joined the firm as Co-General Counsel. In this role, Mr. Blanco will work closely with senior leadership, helping to guide the firm’s legal strategy and governance framework.

Mr. Blanco has more than 20 years of experience in senior legal roles providing strategic counsel to complex commercial organizations across multiple industries. His background spans contract negotiation, litigation management, corporate governance, and cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership teams. He will partner closely with the firm’s current Co-General Counsel, Kristin Adrian.

Prior to joining ARA, Mr. Blanco served as Chief Legal Officer at Studio71, a division of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. He previously held the role of General Counsel at The Collective and served as Vice President, Real Estate Counsel at Carrington Holding Company. Earlier in his career, he was a Litigator at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he handled complex commercial litigation and represented clients in SEC investigations and enforcement matters.

Mr. Blanco earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law.
