Portfolio Management
We create investment strategies to optimize the portfolio performance of our funds while mitigating risk. We collaborate closely with other teams by providing tactical oversight to all property operations, including data, metrics, and analytics.
Investments
We handle all aspects of acquiring assets for each fund, including sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, and transaction management. We work closely with brokers and seasoned industry participants to gain on-the-ground market insights and find opportunities that align with fund and portfolio strategies.
Asset Management
We oversee property operations with the goal of driving performance and value. We develop strategic business plans for each asset, including budgets, marketing, capital projects, and day-to-day operations. With the deep-property level knowledge, we contribute the full cycle of the investment, from acquisition to disposition.
Research
We deliver market intelligence and analysis that shape our investment strategies. From macroeconomic and demographic forecasting to sector and market research, we partner with teams across the firm to provide insights that inform decisions and help achieve client objectives.
Investor Relations
We are the firm’s primary connection to clients and the industry. We build and maintain relationships, manage day-to-day investor communication, and play a key role in telling ARA’s story through marketing and thought leadership initiatives.
Operations
We provide the infrastructure and support essential to ARA’s investment activities. Covering accounting, legal and compliance, technology, human resources, and administration, our team delivers critical expertise with broad organizational exposure.
