Young Kim is the Chief Compliance Officer at ARA responsible for overseeing all of the compliance and regulatory matters for the firm including compliance with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Prior to joining ARA in 2015, Mr. Kim was Vice President and Counsel for the private equity division of Wilshire Associates responsible for all legal matters of the division including managing the formation and maintenance of commingled funds and separate accounts and negotiating and coordinating investments in private equity funds, real asset funds, co-investments, and secondaries. Prior to Wilshire, Mr. Kim was Counsel at Bingham McCutchen (absorbed by Morgan Lewis & Bockius) with experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities and general corporate work. Mr. Kim is a licensed California attorney.

Mr. Kim has over 22 years of experience and earned a B.A. from University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
