Amin Khorasanee is ARA’s Deputy Chief Compliance Officer where he assists with the oversight of the firm’s compliance program, including policies and procedures, marketing review, regulatory filings, training and testing. Prior to joining ARA, Mr. Khorasanee served as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Trinity Investments, where he led regulatory strategy, risk governance, compliance, and technology operations.

Prior to Trinity Investments, Mr. Khorasanee was Chief Operating Officer for the Americas at Tikehau Capital and Head of Regulatory Affairs – Compliance at BNP Paribas Asset Management, bringing extensive experience leading compliance functions for large global alternative asset managers.

Mr. Khorasanee has over 11 years of experience and earned a B.S. from San Jose State University.
