American has established the American Realty Advisors Charitable Foundation to be a catalyst to effect positive change in our communities, both local and nationwide. Through its foundation, American is dedicated to lending our knowledge, experience, spirit of collaboration, and the time and talents of our employee volunteers in supporting community and national programs and partnerships that can make a difference.
Throughout the year, American, either directly or through its foundation, is involved in and supports a wide variety of organizations that seek to foster dynamic change and empowered action promoting education, healthcare, diversity and economic development. We are dedicated to lending a helping hand where needed in an effort to lift up others. In addition to our charitable giving through our foundation, American actively encourages its employees to support individual philanthropic interests and, over the years, our combined commitment to supporting individuals, families, and communities around the world has contributed to generating change in some of the most challenged areas. Corporate responsibility and active involvement is a key component of American’s philosophy and is a reflection of our culture, our values, and the way we do business. To this end, American has implemented a Matching Gifts Program to join with its employees to make their financial contributions go even further.
American employees, and its service providers recently participated in raising money and awareness for Movember, a global charity, committed to having an everlasting impact on the face of men’s health. This fundraising occurs during the month of November in which men grow mustaches, and raise vital funds needed to combat prostate and testicular cancer.
